Your Yogis
Jackie - Owner
Jackie first began her yoga journey in her early 20’s, but then life happened. She reunited with the practice in 2010 when that old flame came back to life in an “oh there you are” moment. As her personal practice progressed, so did her need to grow and share with others what yoga has to offer. As a nurse, Jackie has always been drawn to helping others. Teaching yoga was on her mind and while contemplating how to make this happen, the universe found a way to lead her on this path. Through 2019/2020 Jackie obtained her 500 hr AYT certification and Kundalini certification.
Jackie loves teaching vinyasa flow in the ashtanga/Hatha styles and moving meditations (kundalini) noting there is something so special about movement with flow and breath, stretch, and strength. As your guide on the mat, Jackie hopes for you to find release and joy through movement & breath, teaching to all levels.
When not on the mat, you will find her in the garden or hiking in the woods. “Whatever makes you feel sunshine from the inside out, follow that.” Sat Nam

Corry
Corry started her journey with movement at age 6 studying ballet for over 12 years, she began her yoga practice 14 years ago and decided to start her Yoga Teacher Training in 2011. However, early in her training Corry sustained an unrelated knee injury and was forced to put her yoga teacher training on hold.
As Corry’s mobility started to increase she returned to her mat and her yoga practice became a big part of her journey back to wellness.
In 2014 she resumed her Yoga Teacher Training, completing her CYA-RYT 200 hr. Hatha Certification in 2015 and has since been an active member of the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
Corry has been teaching yoga and other fitness classes for over 9 years, Corry brings positive energy and balance to each class, promoting calmness and encouraging participants to carry their intentions off their mats. Corry insists yoga should be fun, and brings that attitude to her classes, promoting peace, mindfulness and gratitude.

Mike
Love & live fully! With grace and passion, practice & lead yoga, mindful
movement & yoga/spin classes. I love working one-on-one creating highly
specific programs tailored to individual goals for; everyday weekend warriors or
high-performing athletes.
In 2018, I embark on a personal passion project to recruit men to the practice of
yoga. Sharing the simple power of practice, allowing them to experience the
real-life, mind, body and spiritual benefits of a practice that links Prana, Mind,
Movement & Connectivity to nature.
Erin
I started my yoga journey in 2010 when I walked into a yoga studio to try something new. Little did I know how much that decision would change my life! I gradually adopted my yoga practice as an important part of my life and eventually found myself wanting to guide others through their practice as well.
I am a certified 200hr RYT. Certified through Ananda Yoga Studio, I took my Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 at Hot Yoga Bradford and not only fell in love with guiding yoga classes, but with the connection I felt with those I practiced alongside through body and soul. I am ecstatic to be sharing my knowledge and passion with others in my own community and especially at beautiful OM.
I enjoy teaching a variety of styles of yoga, from active Vinyasa Flows, Power Yoga, strong and gentle Hatha, to relaxing and restorative yoga, although a strong Vinyasa is what I like best.
I was born and raised in Alliston on a sheep farm. Although I moved around a bit through young adulthood, I eventually settled back in Alliston with my husband and three children. I enjoy writing, reading, singing and being outdoors. I like to bring little pieces of passion from all areas of my life into my yoga classes and I so look forward to sharing my passion with all of you!
Galina
I am a passionate yoga instructor with15 years teaching a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, Core Strength.
I specialize in creating engaging, inclusive classes tailored to meet the needs of diverse students, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Being an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and teacher in my early yoga career, my practice and teaching style transitioned in the past years, based on anatomy study and focus on functional movements.
In my teaching, I’ve been focusing on joint mobility and stability, core strength, balance, mindful functional movements.
My classes sometimes are very different from “traditional” vinyasa classes, I am still teaching principles of mind-body connection, that yoga practice offers. I am using Yoga Asana as a tool to teach body awareness and movement mechanics.
Through my teaching I encourage students to move mindfully not only during the practice, but in daily lives.
